Maputo (MOZTIMES) - The Mozambican government approved on Tuesday the creation of a Special Zone for Golf Tourism in Inhambane Province, in an effort to position the country among Africa’s leading luxury tourism destinations and attract foreign investment to a high-value-added sector.

The decision was made during a regular session of the Council of Ministers, held in Maputo, and announced by government spokesperson Inocêncio Impissa.
