Electricidade de Moçambique, E.P. (EDM) has issued a public tender for the construction of electricity distribution networks and new connections in Cabo Delgado province, as the state utility moves to expand power infrastructure in the northern region.

The contract covers civil and electrical works aimed at extending the distribution network and providing new service connections across the province.

The procurement is classified under public works contracting and follows a formal public tender procedure.
