The Santiago Network Secretariat, via UNOPS, is calling for proposals to select a Lead Drafting Entity to prepare the first regular report on loss and damage, mandated by COP/CMA decisions at SNAB 7. The report will compile available information, risk projections, scenarios, innovative solutions, case studies, best practices and lessons learned to guide efforts to avert, minimise and address climate-induced loss and damage. Submissions must be made by 31 December 2026.
