The Niassa Provincial Health Service has launched a quotation-based tender for the installation of Starlink satellite internet services at seven public health facilities across Niassa Province.

The facilities covered by the tender are the Mecula Health Centre, the health units of Lichinga, Mandimba and Cuamba, the District Hospitals of Cuamba and Mandimba, and the Chimbunila Health Centre.

The procurement process is open to telecommunications service providers eligible under current Mozambican legislation.

Proposals must be submitted to the Tender Management Unit located at Avenida Julius Nyerere, Bairro do Messenger, Assembleia Building, Direcção do Trabalho, in Lichinga.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 3 November 2026 at 08:20.
