Mozambique's Ministry of Social Action, Family and Women's Promotion has launched a public tender for consultancy services to prepare operational manuals and technical documentation required for the implementation and functioning of the country's Unified Social Registry (Registo Social Unificado).

The procurement aims to equip the ministry with the operational instruments necessary to roll out and sustain the unified registration system, which is intended to consolidate social protection data and service delivery across the country.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 17 November 2026 at 23:59.
